Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, we will contact you for confirmation.
• Orders unclaimed for 7 days will be automatically canceled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
• For COD orders, the courier will collect the payment at the time of delivery.
